Take your time over the evening meal in the Olympic Restaurant on the Celebrity Millennium where the decor is almost as enticing as the food. The signature dishes are the finest on the ship, but they do not come without a fee. You do have to make reservations in this restaurant in order to make sure that you will have seating at the time you need to dine in the evening.

The Metropolitan is the main dining room. It is an impressive affair spanning two decks. The natural lighting comes through the large expanse of windows and provides an exceptional view of the sea and the sunset as you sail along. This restaurant is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner with open seating for all except the evening meal.

If you don’t want to dress for dinner, the Seaside Cafe and Grill located on Deck 10 has a casual sitting at 6:30 each evening. For breakfast and lunch you can choose from the vast selections in the buffet. Pizza is available at lunch and during the afternoon, you can enjoy ice cream and frozen yogurt. Even though this is one of the more popular locations on the Celebrity Millennium, there are no large line ups because there are two buffets that run in opposite directions. The food choices change on a daily basis. There are separate stations for Asian cuisine, pasta and sandwiches.



The Grill is the second part of the Seaside Cafe and offers all kinds of grilled favourites. However, reservations are required at this venue for dinner sittings between 6:30 and 9:30 p.m. Sushi is also available in the evenings, but during the day when you don’t want to move too far from the pool, you can get burgers, fries, hot dogs, and more at any time during the day. This is the location of the occasional midnight buffets on the Celebrity Millennium and room service is available 24 hours a day.

For light and healthy fare the Aqua Spa serves all three meals during the day. The items are cold though and nothing is cooked. The Covo Cafe Milano features delicious pastries that no matter how much you want to you won’t be able to resist.
