The facilities on Xpedition are limited both by the size of the ship and the nature of the cruises. The main focus of these cruises is the destination and ecology is part of the philosophy. The ship was built in 2001 and acquired by Celebrity in 2004. The fact that it wasn’t built by Celebrity means that the setup of the ship will not be familiar to most return Celebrity cruisers.

Discovery Lounge - This is an indoor gathering space. There is a small library located in one section of the lounge, the selection of books is limited but if you are looking for something to read or a game to play, this is where you will come. This is where you will enjoy the enrichment programs and the Ecuadorian culture show. There is a bar that provides drinks and a pianist. This is also the location of the Internet Café and there are several computers that can be used at a fee to keep up with your emails.



The Bridge
If you have never visited the bridge of a ship before, this is your chance. The ship has an open bridge policy and you will be welcomed and given a tour.

Sunrise Deck
Beauty Center-this is small as you would expect in a ship made to accommodate only 98 passengers but you will still find a variety of services available.
Ship Store: Located right next to the beauty Salon this small store is amazingly well stocked with just about anything that you might have forgotten to bring. There is suntan lotion, beauty items and lots more.

Blue Finch Bar
When you want to relax with a cocktail outdoors this is the place to head. Your alcoholic drinks are included with this cruise with only very expensive select labels being excluded.

Spa
Sauna: on Xpedition the Sauna is a unisex and after your sauna there is a shower right next door.
Hot Tub: There is a fresh water hot tub on the upper deck and it is a great place to soak away any aches and pains you may have acquired from your days excursion aboard a Zodiac. When you get out you can rinse off before heading back to your room.
