There are many ways in which you can keep up with your fitness routine and daily workout when you take a cruise on the Celebrity Century that cannot compare to working out in the gym at home. Even taking a walk on this ship takes on a whole new meaning in the sights and sounds that surround you.

There are two pools where you can take your morning swim in the glorious sunshine. One of these pools is mainly for the use of families, but there are four whirlpool tubs located near the pools where you can soak after working out.

The spa on the Celebrity Century is an impressive place where you can have a treatment of just about any kind. Steam showers and heated loungers in the Persian Garden relaxation room within the spa will give you a quiet place to relax and unwind. The fitness center features state of the art equipment for all your workout needs. Spend as long as you like in this location and take part in a variety of classes in the afternoons, such as Pilates, Yoga, aerobics and dancing. All of the classes are taught by qualified instructors and even if you have never tried one of these activities, you can learn with classes for beginners.

Golfers delight in the golf simulator where you can practice your swing and make friends with others on the cruise who have the same penchant for teeing off. You may even pick up a few tips that will improve your game on the course when you return home.

If you like playing basketball and volleyball, then you are in luck with a cruise on the Celebrity Century. There is an enclosed court where you can work out in this manner and have loads of fun at the same time. Since it is enclosed, there is no chance of losing the ball over the side of the ship. Ping pong and tennis tables are also here for your convenience if this is the way in which you keep fit.

Going for a walk or a jog will never be the same again when you use the Promenade Deck for this workout each day. Since this encircles the ship you have a panoramic view at all times and you just may forget about the time as you walk longer and longer distances each day.
